Job Description:
- Assist Brand Manager to design and develop marketing strategy for new and existing products
- Organize marketing events for assigned brand/category, monitor budget efficiently
- Cooperate with other departments and agencies to perform marketing activities
- Frequently visit field to get feedback from customers and have timely response actions
- Tracking the contracts and timely payment to suppliers
- Assist Brand Manager in other programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or equivalent majors.
- At least 4 years’ experience as brand manager or product manager in FMCG (“food industry” is preferred)
- Experience of launching new products is a must
- Fully understanding about operating process
- Basic knowledge about accounting, esp. P&L and COGS (cost accounting)
- Know about analyze volume & revenue to make promotion strategies
- Fluently in English
- Hard-working, teamwork, good communication & presentation skills
- Be able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in excel & PPT

Job Description
Including but not limit to below responsibilities
– Monthly payroll:
- Calculate monthly salary for employees (local & expats) and prepare salary bank transfer
- Make monthly & yearly payroll related reports
– Social, Health, Unemployment Insurance & 24/7 Insurance:
- Register Insurance for new employees
- Make monthly report as requirements
- Manage & make claims for insurance benefits for employees
– PIT:
- Apply for issuance PIT code, register dependents… for employees
- Calculate, do PIT declaration and finalization
– Payroll System
- Support to open and run payroll module on HR System in this year
– Other relevant tasks
- Work closely with relevant Government Offices such as Tax Agency, Social Insurance Agency, etc.
- Conduct New Hire orientation for new employees
- Update new regulations/ policies/ government regulations for company’s BOM and employees
- HR database & leave management processing & reports
- Ensure all compensations are in accordance with Vietnamese Law & policies of Company.
- Labor contract termination process, exit interviews and reports.
- Other HR reports and projects as requested
- Support other affiliates in C&B tasks
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in relevant majors
- At least 5 years working in C&B function in multinational companies
- Have experience in setting up and working with HR system is an advantage
- Have experience in making C&B polices/ consulting HR issues is preferred
- Well-versed in Vietnamese labor code, HR relating government regulations
- High flexibility, strong leadership, good sense of responsibility
- Hard-working, careful, detail-oriented and able to work under high pressure.
- Good presentation, persuasive skills, communication skills
- Customer service oriented

Job Description:
- Responsible for supporting expats to ensure their working time in Vietnam is smooth.
- Main duties (including but not limited to): register and manage work permit, residence card, visa, mobile, apartment, rental car, accommodation & business travel arrangements etc.., make sure general services for expats & their family members are in accordance with Vietnamese law and policies of Group.
