1. Job Description: 
 
– Monitor AR & AP reports, manage all daily accounting transactions, advise to staff on inputting data to system timely & correctly.
– Participate, coordinate, and make recommendations on the Company’s annual budget

– Take care of monthly closing for accounting book and FS report, COGS, and Forecasts.

– Monitor, control and manage budgets versus actual. Check all expenses are under approved budget when completed each project (TVC, Web Drama)

– Follow up fixed assets and equipment in the office.

– Take care of accounting and tax duties, prepare and submit tax (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT …) comply as per Vietnam tax regulations; to alarm the operational risks to the BOD timely (bad debt, tax matters, wastage, leakage and suggest a solution to solve problems), suggest solution on compliance and mitigate compliance risks.

– Follow up cash flow to make sure that the company is on a safe cash position;

– Recommend and implement internal controls and process improvement; updating and training accounting works, new Accounting Standards, Tax Law, Accounting Law and relevant regulations to the staff in order that they can catch up on the laws timely.

– To guide the Accounting Dept and related Dept on how to understand Sales/Buying contract and other legal documents.

– Prepare and update all reports are requested by Finance/Audit team HQ

– To liaise with external auditors on accounting and tax issues.

– Other tasks assigned by BDO.
 
2. Requirements:
 
– Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA and/or CPA is a plus
– At least 4 years working experience as Accounting Manager/ Chief accountant position
– Experience in E- Commerce, Entertainment, Advertising, Digital is referred.
– Ability to work under pressure, work overtime when are requested
– Experience in tax finalization audit.

– Good command of Korean/English is plus

1. Main jobs:

–  Prepare tax returns, follow up tax filling and tax payment by due date for Long An and other plants

     + Prepare Corporate Income Tax, Foreign Contractor Tax returns, and Personal Income Tax report for BOD

     + Review and support on the preparation of Value Added Tax returns

     + Prepare documents to apply DTA where applicable

     + Support and follow up the submission of all tax returns and tax payment by due date

     + Check all tax expenses recorded in the system

– Review contracts/ documents for tax compliance purpose, support other divisions during the course of business operation

Job Summary

Belongs to Business Development team which is responsible for driving the growth of CJ Vietnam through an active M&A and business cooperation with local good companies. Key responsibilities include leading and supporting all aspects of it and activity including finding targets, tapping into deal, forecasting, valuation and analysis for transactions; executing and coordinating due diligence; supporting PMI process with related functions and subsidiaries.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyzes potential acquisition candidates, performs complex financial modeling, and executes the negotiation and execution of selected transactions. Engages with business intermediaries, sellers, internal business owners and other support personnel.

 

  • Researches industry participants and competitive landscape to develop actionable awareness of potential acquisition candidates aligning with business strategy.

 

  • Evaluates target companies for economic and strategic fit and understands and evaluates the impact of the potential transaction on business strategy.

 

  • Supports all aspects of strategic acquisitions and divestitures, from inception through due diligence, valuation, negotiation, closing and integration (PMI), and coordinates internal approval and communication processes for completion of a transaction.

 

  • Supports and facilitates measurement of acquisition performance and transaction reporting.

 

  • Works with cross-functional teams consisting of members of various business leads, finance, legal, HR, IT, etc. in order to ensure timely completion of valuations, diligence and integration planning.

 

 

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in an analytical role in finance, accounting, business management or economics

 

  • At least 2 years of M&A experience

 

  • At least 3 years of experience performing business research such as analyzing financial statements/proxies and utilizing research databases (ie Lexis – Nexis).

 

  • At least 3 years of experience in understanding and analyzing financial modeling.

 

  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).

 

  • At least 3 years of experience using financial metrics, ratios and calculations and public financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).

 

  • At least 3 years of experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).

 

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance , Accounting or Economics

Job Description

 – Be responsible for the development of trade plans and collaborating with regional sales managers and distributor sales-force to implement trade plans in order to achieve sales objectives, the market shares objectives, company’s objectives and goals.

– Initiate new ideas and projects that lead to improving the mechanics, POSM’s in order to improve effectiveness of trade programs and efficiency of investment.

 

Job Requirements

– BA degree in business schools.

   JOB DESCRIPTION

– Lead in development and implementation of efficient sourcing activities. Develop category strategies and drive supply continuity and quality. Negotiate, Review and Execute signed contracts with suppliers;
